Most rideshare and booked-hire platforms need your car checked to confirm it's safe and up to standard. We handle that inspection where the car is, and turn the paperwork around quickly.
Who needs a rideshare inspection?
You'll usually need an inspection if you drive for a platform such as Uber, DiDi, Ola or a booked-hire service in Brisbane, both when you sign up and periodically after that. Requirements vary a little between platforms, so check what yours asks for. If you tell us the platform when you book, we'll make sure we cover what they need.
What we check
We go through the safety and condition items platforms care about, including brakes, tyres, steering, suspension, lights, seatbelts, and general roadworthiness. The goal is to confirm the car is safe for carrying paying passengers.
Booked-hire and QLD standards
Rideshare in Queensland sits under booked-hire rules, and vehicles need to meet the state's safety standards. If your car also needs a safety certificate for another reason, we can sort that in the same visit.
